You acquire rental properties that pay you monthly whether you're preaching or sleeping. We cover how to analyze deals, how to finance acquisitions, property management, and the BRRRR method for recycling capital across multiple properties. This door is the long game. You become the lender. You fund other investors' deals and earn 9 to 12 percent returns secured against real property. No tenants. No contractors. No property management. You review the deal, wire the funds, and collect payments. This door requires capital to deploy but demands almost nothing of your time. Best for pastors who have savings sitting in low-yield accounts and want to put them to work.

That's the whole premise. Every strategy we cover was built to work in the margins of a demanding schedule. I ran all of this while preaching on Sundays, leading staff, and raising six kids. It requires discipline, not more hours.
Yes. Most pastors who come in have zero experience. The program starts with fundamentals and builds from there. What matters more than experience is your willingness to do the work and follow the process.
It depends on the door. Flipping typically requires some access to capital or financing. Hard money lending requires capital to deploy. Rentals can often be done with low down payment financing. We figure out which door fits your actual situation in the first few weeks.
Plan for 2 to 4 hours per week: one 60-minute group session, time to work through the material, and whatever deal analysis or offer activity you're doing. It's designed to fit inside a ministry schedule, not replace it.
Because the coaching is real. I can't give meaningful attention to 50 people at once. Ten means everyone gets seen, heard, and held accountable. It also means the group dynamic actually works.
