Manny reviews every application personally within 48 hours. If it's a fit, you'll get a link to schedule a 45-minute call. That call is where we figure out whether the cohort is right for your situation right now.

Cohorts fill on a rolling basis

There are four cohorts per year. Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. Ten pastors each. If the current cohort is full, you'll be considered for the next one.
