About Manny
I made two decisions that day: make more money, and don't leave ministry.
I spent the next 12 months spinning my wheels in real estate. Courses. Podcasts. Driving for dollars. Nothing clicked. Month 13, I did my first flip. Made $18,000 in about six weeks. I remember sitting in my truck thinking: there it is.
The 15 years after that unfolded from there. 150 transactions across six states. Flips, rentals, BRRRR deals, hard money lending, creative finance. About a million dollars in personal profit, all of it earned while I stayed in ministry full time.
I didn't build this by grinding 80-hour weeks. I built it slowly, deliberately, in the margins of a calling that was never negotiable. Ministry wasn't the thing I did until real estate took off. Real estate was the thing I built so ministry could stay the main thing.
"My goal has always been to build streams of revenue that require as little of my time as possible, so I'm free to pursue what I was made to do."
Manny FernandezThe financial pressure on a pastor's family is real, and it's usually quiet. Your congregation doesn't see it. You carry it alone.
I know that weight. I've sat at that kitchen table. I've done the math that didn't work. And I've spent 15 years figuring out how to change it without walking away from what matters most.
That's why I built this cohort. Not to help pastors leave ministry. To help them stay in it with the financial margin their families deserve.
"I am not a real estate investor who knows a few pastors. I am someone who has spent 15 years inside ministry while building this in parallel."
